Big South Tournament

RADFORD — The No. 1 seed's loss is Radford's gain.

Gardner-Webb beat top-seeded Campbell 79-74 win in the Big South tournament semifinals on Friday night. Campbell hosted the quarterfinals and semifinals, but the tournament's highest remaining seed hosts Sunday's championship game.

That honor goes to the No. 2 seed Radford, which won the earlier semifinal game 63-54 over Charleston Southern.

The Highlanders will host No. 4 Gardner-Webb at 1 p.m. at the Dedmon Center with a NCAA tournament appearance on the line.

Tickets for the tournament championship game are available for purchase at RadfordTickets.com or fans can call the school's box office at (540) 831-7889. Radford Athletics said in a release it will sponsor tickets for university students.

Doors at the Dedmon Center will open at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
