Police have arrested the final suspect in a shooting outside a northwest Roanoke restaurant in May.
Anthony Barnett, 32 of Roanoke was arrested Saturday afternoon after officers chased him in Garst Mill Park, police said.
Barnett, Floyd Harris and Lamar Barnett have been charged with malicious wounding by mob and conspiracy to commit malicious wounding.
The three are charged in a shoot-out in the parking lot of Bob & Cheryl’s restaurant on Shenandoah Avenue.
Police said Anthony Barnett drove away from police during a traffic stop on Salem Turnpike Northwest on Saturday. They chased the vehicle to Garst Mill Park in Roanoke County, where officers arrested Barnett after a brief foot chase.
Barnett faces additional charges, including felony eluding and obstruction of justice, police said.
