The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Montgomery County & Radford held its annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon on May 23 at Custom Catering in Blacksburg, with approximately 100 attending. “Sowing Seeds of Kindness” was this year’s theme, and County Administrator F. Craig Meadows was on hand to present volunteers with Years of Service Awards.
