TRUSTEE'S SALE 2220 Valleydale Road Salem, VA 24153 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2006, and recorded as Instrument Number 060001266, of the City of Salem land records the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will offer for sale at public auction on July 24, 2019 at 9:00 AM at the front door of the Circuit Court for the City of Salem, 2 East Calhoun Street, Salem, Virginia, the following property: Beginning at an iron pipe located S. 54 degrees 15' W. 275.6 feet from the intersection of the west side of Fort Lewis Boulevard and the south side of Valleydale Road, corner to C.S.
