W. 100 feet to the corner of the N. Pearson lot; thence with said Pearson lot, leaving the street, N. 20 degs W. 50 feet to a stake on the said Pearson line and a corner of the A. E. Shumate lot; thence with the line of said Shumate lot and leaving the said Pearson lot, N. 70 degs E. 100 feet to a point on East or Tazewell Street, also a corner to said Shumate lot; thence leaving the said Shumate lot and with West line of said East or Tazewell Street, S. 20 degrees E. 50 feet to the Beginning, with improvements thereon. Subject to any and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and all other matters of record taking priority over the Deed of Trust, if any, affecting the aforesaid property.
