TRUSTEE'S SALE 101 Independence Drive Forest, VA 24551 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated July 26, 2012 and recorded on July 30, 2012 in Instrument # 120007989 of Bedford County land records, Trustee Services of Virginia, LLC, the appointed Substitute Trustee, will offer for sale at public auction at the front of the Circuit Court for Bedford County, 123 East Main Street, Bedford, Virginia on August 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM the property more particularly described in the aforementioned Deed of Trust, located at the property address listed below and briefly identified as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, privileges and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situate, lying and being in the County of Bedford, Virginia, and being designated as Lot No. 20, on a plat entitled, "Plat Showing Subdivision of Colonial Acres...", dated February 24, 1978, made by Thomas W. Guffey, C.L.S., which plat is attached to and recorded with Deed of Dedication dated March 29, 1978 from Wildwood Development Company, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Bedford County, Virginia, in Deed Book 460, page 47, and said plat being of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Plat Book 20, page 271. It being the same property conveyed unto Jarred K. Scott and Melissa S. Scott, husband and wife, from Jason K. Lovern and Mary A. Martin, by deed dated June 19 , 2012, which said deed will be recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office contemporaneously herewith.
