The appointed SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE, Commonwealth Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction at the front steps of the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke, Virginia, 315 Church Avenue, SW, Roanoke, VA 24016 on: July 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM improved real property, with an abbreviated legal description of Beginning at a point on the Westerly side of Fralin Road, N. 30° 0' E. 353.8 feet from the intersection of the Westerly side of Fralin Road and the Northerly side of Hershberger Road, both extended; thence S. 60° 00' W 180 feet to a point, corner to Lots 20 and 21; thence N. 30° 0' W 60 feet to a point; thence with the Southerly line of Lot 34, N, 60° E. 180.0 feet to a point on the Westerly side of Fralin Road; thence with the Westerly side of Fralin Road, S. 30° 0' E. 60 feet to the place of beginning; and Being all of Lots 35 and 36, Block 3, according to the Map of Section No. 1, Oakdale, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Roanoke, Virginia, in Plat Book 3, Page 47, and as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
