NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE 1808 Pelham Drive, Roanoke, VA 24018 By virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substituted Trustee by certain deed of trust dated December 16, 2011 and recorded in Instrument Number 201112341, transferred in Instrument Number 201112342, modified in Instrument Number 201503545, and further modified in Instrument Number 201801566, among the land records of Roanoke County, Virginia, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Roanoke County Circuit Court, 305 E. Main Street, Salem, VA 24153 on: July 17, 2019 at 11:45 o'clock a.m. BEING LOT 2, Block 7, according to the Map of Section No. 4, Hidden Valley Homes, made by C.B. Malcolm and Sons, SCE's November 6, 1961, of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Roanoke County, Virginia, in Plat Book 5, page 16.
