The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Bedford County, 123 East Main Street, Bedford, Virginia on August 12, 2019, at 11:15 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES AND EASEMENTS THEREUNTO BELONGING, LOCATED IN LAKES MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, BEDFORD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 4 CONTAINING 0.824 ACRES ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF A SURVEY OF THE SAME ENTITLED "PLAT SUBDIVISION OF LAND MADE FOR MARSHALL L. NICHOLS, LAKES MAGISTERIAL DIST., BEDFORD COUNTY, VIRGINIA" DATED APRIL 10, 1982, MADE BY C. E. LACY, JR., CERTIFIED LAND SURVEYOR, A COPY OF SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BEDFORD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN DEED BOOK 536, AT PAGE 704. THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO OTHER PROPERTY ALONG A 50 FOOT PRIVATE ROAD, AS SAID PRIVATE ROAD IS DESIGNATED ON THE AFOREMENTIONED PLAT.
