PUBLIC NOTICE The Pepper's Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing at its March 5, 2020, 12:00 pm (noon) meeting, for the purpose of receiving public comment related to the proposed rates, fees and direct charges which are to become effective July 1, 2020. The public hearing will be held at the Authority's administrative office located at 7797 Mason Street in Pulaski County, Virginia. This Public Hearing is authorized in accordance with Section 15.2-5136 of the Code of Virginia and by resolution of the Authority Board of Directors at its February 6, 2020 meeting.
