66 year-old Skipper Duke has a long, white beard that reaches down to his chest.

"I cut it once. It used to be down to my feet," he says.

With his face painted, he waves a large burgundy flag on the sideline of the Pulaski Co - Salem Region IV Division 4 playoff game. He runs up and down the field, yelling to his Cougars.

"No mercy! Show 'em no mercy!"

"Yeah, baby! That's the D!"
