By the Way: Hokie Pride Day

The Roanoke Valley Hokie Club is encouraging local businesses to support Hokie Pride Day on Friday. Fans should pull out their maroon and orange. The original purpose of Hokie Pride Day was to promote pride and enthusiasm for the Virginia Tech football team and the university. This year, following the April tragedy, Hokie Pride Day will likely have a different meaning.
