SUFFOLK -- One of the people to accuse former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick of pulling a gun on them in January was indicted Wednesday on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
According to court records, Felix Reginald Pork, 19, is out of jail on a $2,500 bond. Last week, he was arrested and charged with grand larceny after walking off with a cell phone he had asked to use, police said.
Pork is one of three young people who accused Vick of pulling a gun on them at a north Suffolk McDonald's.
Vick, who was charged with three misdemeanor counts of brandishing a firearm following the alleged incident, is scheduled for trial in Suffolk General District Court on March 13.
