IOWA CITY, Iowa - Virginia Tech's Kayla Arnett teamed with Deirdre Freeman to win the women's 3-meter synchronized event at the USA National Diving Championships on Saturday.
Arnett and Freeman totaled 286.35 points to claim their first national title.
Arnett also took fifth in the 10-meter platform event and ninth in the 3-meter springboard event.
