EUGENE, Ore. - Virginia Tech's Matthias Treff finished 15th in the javelin (217-6) at the NCAA championships, earning second-team All-America honors.
The Tech men, who were ranked 10th nationally in last week's coaches poll, finished 19th in the team standings with 14 points.
Texas A&M and Florida shared the men's team title with 53 points apiece. Kansas won the women's crown.
Clemson's Brianna Rollins broke her own collegiate record in the 100 hurdles with a time of 12.39 seconds.
