BUCHANAN -- Taylor Statom had 13 assists for James River (11-7, 5-3), surpassing 1,000 for her career.
Maribeth Kern added five kills and four aces and Savannah Sharkey four kills and two aces for James River.
Parry McCluer def. Craig County 25-15, 25-15, 15-25, 25-6.
NEW CASTLE -- Christine Surface had 19 assists and nine aces, but Craig County (8-11, 4-5) fell at home to Parry McCluer (14-4, 6-2).
River Ridge District
Cave Spring def. Blacksburg 25-14, 25-14, 25-20.
Piper Hagan registered seven kills for Cave Spring (15-3, 8-0).
Jocelyn Kellinger added 20 digs and Emily Lawrence seven kills for the Knights.
Hidden Valley def. Pulaski County 25-6, 25-7, 25-13.
PULASKI -- Liz Burke had 10 kills and four aces as the Titans (16-1, 7-1) won a River Ridge District road match.
Christiansburg def. Salem 25-18, 25-27, 25-20, 25-23.
Emily Davis' 20 digs and 14 kills paced Christiansburg (11-7, 4-4). Ashton Moran finished the match with 31 assists and 10 digs, while Katelyn Kaft added 18 digs, five kills, and a block.
Blue Ridge Conference
Eastern Mennonite def. North Cross 26-24, 25-22, 16-25, 18-25, 15-12.
North Cross (17-2, 8-2) got 23 assists from Sarah Jessee and 17 kills from Marli Dabareiner in the loss. Anna Black chipped in 11 kills.
Three Rivers District
Radford def. Giles 25-11, 23-25, 25-10, 25-14.
RADFORD -- Maryah Sydnor led the Bobcats (12-5, 6-3) to the win with 21 digs, 14 kills, and 14 blocks.
Lindsey Smith added 34 assists and nine digs and Haley Dietz and Harley Burton eight kills apiece.
Floyd County def. Eastern Montgomery 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.
FLOYD -- Monica Morris led Floyd (8-10, 4-4) to the win with 10 digs and two blocks.
Victoria Conner added seven digs and Hannah Vass nine digs for the Buffaloes.
Auburn def. Glenvar 25-18, 25-22, 27-25.
Jordan Watson posted 15 kills for Auburn (14-4, 7-1) and Katie Hudak added eight kills.
Haley Shepard totaled 37 assists for the Eagles. Glenvar (13-5, 7-2) got 20 assists, nine digs, and five blocks from Jessica Owen. Kalley Thompson had 12 digs for the Highlanders.
Blue Ridge District
Lord Botetourt def. Northside 25-19, 19-25, 25-19, 25-14.
DALEVILLE -- Kathleen Carr tallied 14 kills for Northside (6-12, 2-4), which also got 36 assists from Ruth Ann Wilbourne and 24 digs from Chesley Sobare.
William Byrd def. Staunton River 22-25, 25-21, 25-22, 23-25, 15-8.
MONETA -- Candice Brady handed out 32 assists and Nicole Frey added 22 assists for William Byrd (9-9, 4-2). Kalyn Molnar added 34 digs.
Sarah Woodford posted 39 assists for Staunton River (8-9, 2-4), which also saw Jordan Merrill record 16 kills and nine digs. Cori Falls finished with 22 digs and 10 kills.
Western Valley District
Patrick Henry def. Franklin County 25-17, 25-20, 20-25, 25-20.
Patrick Henry (12-6, 7-0) clinched the regular-season Western Valley district title for the fourth straight year.
Liz Brailsford had 32 kills and nine digs, while Carolyn Brailsford had 40 assists.
Meredith Hale tallied 12 digs for the Patriots.
