Terrell Burkes ran for 105 yards and two scores and Andrew Hoffer accounted for four touchdowns as Christiansburg remained unbeaten Saturday with a 40-25 victory over Lord Botetourt in Christiansburg.

Hoffer completed seven of 10 passes for 139 yards and two touchdowns and rushed eight times for 84 yards and two more scores for Christiansburg (4-0), which rushed for 342 yards on 53 carries. Jacques LaBoone caught five passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Matt Witt threw touchdown passes of 24 yards to Will Griggs and 23 yards to Bobby Barton for Lord Botetourt (1-3). Ben Griese added a 95-yard kickoff return for a score and Devon Wood an 80-yard TD run.

Chris Collins ran for 108 yards on 18 carries and scored four times as the Buffaloes rolled over the Maroon Tide in Galax on Friday.

Aaron Mathis registered five tackles and returned a fumble recovery for a touchdown and Lawrence Nichols had 10 tackles and two sacks for a Floyd County (4-0) defense that allowed 56 yards rushing and 25 yards passing in the win.

Dwayne Flack scored on a 72-yard run with 9:33 to play and Matt Barker added the two-point conversion run Friday night as Bland County won for the first time this year in Bastian.

Flack recovered a fumble inside the Bears' 10 with a minute to play to preserve the win. Flack finished with 144 yards on 17 carries, opening the scoring for the Bears (1-3) with a 16-yard TD run.

Allen Childress had 124 yards on 24 carries for EastMont (2-2). Childress' 6-yard run put the Mustangs up 14-7 after Jordan Stewart threw an 8-yard TD pass to Derek Hancock.

Will Hudson connected with Trey Nowlin for a 52-yard TD reception for Fort Chiswell.

Heritage (2-1) put the game away with two fourth-quarter touchdowns, a 20-yard run by Chris Cook and a 1-yard run by Wayne Ford.

Martinsville had two touchdowns negated by penalties including a long run by Henderson just before halftime.

Miller rolled up 113 yards on seven carries with TD runs of 76 and 41 yards. White, who had 107 yards rushing, scored on a 2-yard run and an 81-yard pass from Miller.
