Virginia Tech’s Oct. 18 game at Boston College will be televised by either ESPN or ESPN2 and will be an 8 p.m. start, the ACC announced Monday.

Both the 18th-ranked Hokies (5-1, 2-0 ACC) and Eagles (4-1, 1-1) have an extra week to prepare for the game as both are idle this week.
