Registration is open for cooks who want to participate in the annual Fall Chili Festival.

The sixth annual event, sponsored by the SML Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 1 at Bridgewater Plaza.

Cooking teams will begin concocting their recipes on-site at 9 a.m. The festival will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Chili-tasting begins at noon and awards presentations are scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

Participants should complete the entry form and submit it with a $25 entry fee by Friday, Oct. 26.

Craft vendors also will be on site. Booth fees are $35 and should be set up by 9 a.m.

Off-site parking has been arranged for vendors and visitors at Trinity Ecumenical Parish. Free shuttle service will provided from the church parking lot to the event site.

Admission is $5 per person. Children 6 and under will be admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
