Graham, a transfer student from New Mexico Military Institute, was one of the first two women to graduate from VMI in May 1999. She earned a degree in psychology, earning academic stars for a minimum 3.5 grade-point average, and was commissioned into the Army field artillery.

She is stationed at Fort Sill, Okla., according to her family. She could not be reached for comment, but her friend and fellow cadet, Ebony McElroy, believes she's a first lieutenant and about to transfer into Army intelligence.
