Capture the Flag: The spoils of war

Re-enactors, many with the 28th Virginia, make their way to a mock skirmish at Sayler's Creek. A Roanoke insurance man and his band of Confederate re-enactors have clamored for the flag's return from Minnesota for the past two years.
