In praise of Twin Lakes Outfitters

BILL: Here is some information on Twin Lakes Outfitters in South Hill, which is owned and operated by Robert Bondurant, a good friend of mine who grew up here in Amherst, Va. He is the son of Bobby Bondurant, a retired Game Warden for Amherst County. Robert also was a game warden for a time down in Southside Virginia.

Twin Lakes Outfitters specializes in top-quality hunting and fishing gear and apparel. It has a federal firearms license and sells gun and has ammo.

Robert Bondurant also makes and sells several types of turkey calls which are marketed under the name of Limbshaker Calls. I use one of his diaphragm calls and they are truly the best I ever used.

In addition to making turkey calls and running his sports shop there in South Hill (1320 West Danville Street), Robert has a fishing guide service for folks interested in fishing on Buggs Island and Lake Gaston.

I assure you that whoever does business with Robert Bondurant will be treated right. I was wondering if it was possible for you to run an article on his operation. I feel like there are folks in your coverage area that go to Southside and don't know about Twin Lakes Outfitters.
