BILL: I applaud your coverage of the problems that ethanol can cause to boat owners (see last week’s Cochran column). I hope EPA gets the message that the E15 blending mandate is a threat to a lot of property and public safety and it heeds what a number of us commented on, and you wrote about, that the only safe way to do this is to leave all premium unleaded ethanol free. Will be interesting to see what they rule.
