BILL: Just got finished reading your speckled trout column -- good stuff (see last week’s Cochran Column). For your information, the Elizabeth River pretty much is all in Chesapeake and the area where trout are caught all fall and winter is called the Hot Ditch, which is fully in Chesapeake. Just so 'ya know.

LEE: Thanks for telling me I was wrong to locate the Elizabeth River in Virginia Beach. As a mountain boy, I have difficulty with all the division you have down there in Tidewater land.
