Keep Cape Point open

BILL: As a fellow sportsman I am asking you to take an interest in the battle to keep Cape Point, N.C., open to off-road vehicle access. You are probably aware that this and other great surf-casting spots at this National Seashore are very difficult to access without a 4-wheel-drive vehicle.
As you may know, this access may be stolen from us by radical environmentalists. Please use your pen to raise awareness to this issue to local Virginians who trek to the Outer Banks.
