Roanoke police are looking for two people in connection with a shooting and home invasion Saturday.

Officers were called to the 1300 block of Rorer Avenue Southwest just before 8:30 p.m., police spokeswoman Aisha Johnson said.

Two males wearing masks reportedly entered the house and obtained an undisclosed amount of money, Johnson said. One of the males had a gun, and a 48-year-old man inside the house was shot.

The victim, whose name was not released, ran to the 400 block of 13th Street where officers later found him, Johnson said.

He was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Information about his condition was not available Monday.
