Two teens treated for stabbing injuries
Police are investigating an incident in which two teenagers were stabbed early Sunday in Southeast Roanoke.
According to a news release from the police department, officers responded about 3 a.m. to the 1300 block of Craig Robertson Road but found no victims. The two teenagers involved had fled, the release said, but police located them later.
A 15-year-old girl was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital by family members, the release said. Officers found a 17-year-old boy about 8 a.m. Monday at a home in Roanoke and sent him to Roanoke Memorial for treatment, according to the release.
