The Bedford County Sheriff's Office has arrested two Hardy men and charged them with burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Maj. Ricky Gardner said warrants were executed at two residences on Windhaven Trail on Monday after what he described as criminal activity in that area.

He said items were taken from homes during two incidents that had occurred since May 29.

Deputies arrested Steven Goodwin, 19, and Jonathan King, 21, Gardner said. Investigators also had warrants on a third suspect, but he is being held in another jurisdiction.

Investigators seized jewelry, power tools and a Wii gaming system during their search, Gardner said.
