INTERSTATE 81
DEBRIS REMOVAL
Debris removal may cause shoulder closures on Interstate 81 in Montgomery and Pulaski counties. Motorists should watch for crews working on the shoulder and median during weekday daylight hours.
BEDFORD COUNTY
MOWING
Crews will mow grass or cut brush along several highways. Drivers should watch for lane and shoulder closures during weekday daylight hours on the following highways: Virginia 43 in the New London area, Virginia 460 in the Irving area, Virginia 749 in the Smith Mountain Lake area, Virginia 817 in the Smith Mountain Lake area and secondary highways in the Big Island and New London areas.
BOTETOURT COUNTY
PAVING
Paving along U.S. 11 will cause lane closures from the Roanoke County line to Virginia 654. Motorists should watch for lane closures during weekday daylight hours.
Crews may pave on U.S. 220 between Virginia 1045 and Virginia 779. Drivers should expect possible lane closures between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays.
FRANKLIN COUNTY
SHOULDER WORK
Crews will be performing shoulder maintenance or slope repairs on various highways. Drivers should watch for lane and shoulder closures during weekday daylight hours in the following routes: U.S. 220 between Roanoke County and Virginia 40, Booker T. Washington Highway, Ferrum Mountain Road, Five Mile Mountain Road, Rambling Rose Road, Coopers Cove Road, Brown Hill Road, Burnt Chimney Road, Commerce Road.

BRIDGE MAINTENANCE
Bridge maintenance may cause lane closures on weekday daylight hours in the following routes: Virginia 122 between Beechdale Road and Flint Hill Road, Madcap Road between Virginia 756 and Virginia 737, Gap Gate Road between Virginia 643 and Virginia 743, Rakes Road between Virginia 640 and Virginia 863.
