After 31 years in the Roanoke Valley, a well-known women's clothing boutique will close in January before reopening under new ownership. Diana and Henry Vaughan are selling E.I. Randle in Southwest Roanoke County to another prominent clothier, Winter Hodges, owner of 310 Rosemont.
