Police are investigating a wreck that happened Sunday night in Northeast Roanoke, police spokeswoman Aisha Johnson said.

Officers responded to Gus W. Nicks Boulevard and King Street at 9 p.m.

A Plymouth Voyager minivan traveling south on Gus W. Nicks Boulevard collided head-on with a Pontiac Bonneville station wagon. The minivan then hit a Mercury station wagon, Johnson said.

Johnson said she was unsure of the number of passengers in the two station wagons. She also was unsure how many people were taken to the hospital as of Sunday night.
