A Botetourt County grand jury has indicted a Troutville man on 10 felony charges based on accusations that he sexually molested a teenage girl.

David Alan Parzyck, 39, was indicted on four counts of rape, two counts of inanimate object sexual penetration, two counts of carnal knowledge and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor. The incidents began in late 2004, when the girl was 14, and continued until August 2007, according to the indictments. She is now 17, said Botetourt County Commonwealth's Attorney Joel Branscom.

Authorities became aware of the alleged abuse because of a report made to social services, Branscom said. He declined to elaborate further.

Parzyck is not yet in custody, though warrants have been issued for his arrest. An arraignment in the case is scheduled for June 17.
