On the agenda: Public hearing on a request to rezone 6.8 acres from agricultural to general business to allow a hotel and restaurant near the intersection of North Fork Road and Interstate 81's Exit 128, action on an ordinance to add $3 to court costs and some civil lawsuit filing fees and Montgomery County Voter Registrar Randy Wertz will address the board.
