On the agenda: Consider a request to rezone 9.52 acres from rural residential to agricultural uses to allow for a winery and farm enterprise uses and vote on a recommendation to help offset the state funding reductions for constitutional officers. County officials have supported using money from the county's rainy day fund, which is used for emergency purposes, to help offset the state cuts.
