Movie madness in four minutes
Watch the entries in the Virginia Tech Four Minute Film Festival competion, then vote for your favorite.
Matt Gentry | The Roanoke Times
Virginia Tech visual communications students silk screened a T-shirt for their Four Minute Film Festival.
50-plus people. 24 hours. 4 minutes of fame. The race to complete a four-minute film started with a posting on a Web site at 4 p.m. last Friday.
You cast your votes in our Roanoke Times poll of viewership of Virginia Tech's Four Minute Film Festival, and in the end "Awkward Man" was the most-seen of the 21 films. Its creators won 24 passes to The Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg, so they can take in even more movies. Second place was claimed by "A Pinch of Sandman" and third was "First Impressions."
Beware: some of these films touch on mature content.
