John Coulter, aka J C, is a rapper/producer still reminiscing on the hip hop that came out circa 1993. J C maintains a forward looking outlook stylistically however by blending in elements of drum and bass and venturing into virtually unexplored sampling realms of classic rock, very early 1920-1930's jazz, cinema, etc. Played in the tuba in the Hightie Tighties at Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2003. He lived in Blacksburg for eight years.
