The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors has made the following appointments in the Pamplin College of Business: Robert Brown, professor of accounting and information systems, was named the Curling Professor in Accounting and Information Systems. John Brozovsky, associate professor of accounting and information systems, has been appointed the Wayne E. Leininger Senior Faculty Fellow. Deborah Cook, professor of business information technology, has been named the Verizon Professor in Business Information Technology.
Paul Knox and Theodore Koebel, faculty members in urban affairs and planning in the College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech, have been recognized by the Urban Affairs Association with the UAA Service Honor Roll Award.
