A tractor-trailer wreck has closed one southbound lane of Interstate 81 in Botetourt County, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

At 4:26 p.m., VDOT reported a 6-mile backup at mile marker 162, between the Troutville and Buchanan exits.
