Harrington, 20, of Roanoke County, vanished during an Oct. 17 concert by Metallica at the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville.
Last week her father announced at a vigil on his daughter's behalf that the reward had reached $100,000. Metallica has added another $50,000, according to the Web site.

Harrington has blond hair and blue eyes, stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black miniskirt and black T-shirt with black tights and black boots. According to police, she left her friends to go to the restroom and ended up outside the arena, which has a no re-admittance policy. She phoned her friends and told them she would either meet them after the show or find a way home. Her purse and cell phone were found in a parking lot the next day.
