I-81 reopens after morning wreck
All northbound lanes of Interstate 81 have reopened after being closed earlier this morning by a tractor-trailer wreck, according to Virginia State Police.
A tractor-trailer jack-knifed at mile marker 124, snarling traffic for hours. Eastbound U.S. 460 between Christiansburg and Glenvar also was congested, with interstate drivers apparently using the highway as a bypass.
