A Botetourt County woman died Tuesday night in a single-vehicle crash, Virginia State Police said.

Sgt. Shawn Gobble said Joyce Louise Milliner, 43, of Fincastle ran off the right side of U.S. 220 northbound just before 10 p.m. She was driving a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro about one mile north of Virginia 655 (Old Fincastle Road) when she went off the shoulder, struck a tree and a guardrail, and finally flipped over into another tree.

Gobble said she died at the scene and there were no other passengers involved.

Milliner was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash and alcohol was not a factor, Gobble said.
