A Roanoke man faces drug manufacturing and distribution charges after the police orchestrated a $14,000 controlled buy, according to a warrant filed in Roanoke County Circuit Court.
Jay Noel Vaughan, 21, was arrested Sept. 21 after Virginia State Police special agents and Salem police searched a house in the 4800 block of Walton Lane.
A warrant filed in Roanoke County Circuit Court showed authorities seized 6 pounds of marijuana, thousands of dollars, digital scales and a computer, among other items.
Vaughan is listed as free on bond.
