All lanes of U.S. 220 in Boones Mill reopen after tractor-trailer wreck
A wreck near Boones Mill Road had closed one lane of U.S. 220 in each direction early Monday morning.

As of 7:30 a.m., the wreck was cleared, and all lanes were open.

A tractor-trailer wreck has closed parts of U.S. 220 in Boones Mill this morning.
The wreck happened near the intersection of U.S. 220 and Boones Mill Road (Virginia 684), according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The left southbound and left northbound lanes are expected to remain closed until later today. VDOT advises drivers to expect delays.
