Arthur Conner has made fiddles for the likes of Ricky Skaggs and Gene Elders, the primary fiddle man for George Strait and Lyle Lovett. Now, a Floyd County woman is hoping to bring more attention to the 84-year-old fiddlemaker from Copper Hill by shooting a documentary about his work.
