In one of the most rural counties in the state, the Bath County Registrar's Office has a lot of leg work before Election Day.From swearing in the chiefs of Bath's seven precincts to checking out the voter machines, Monday is a busy day for the Registar's Office and General Registrar Louise Plecker.
