After 10 years and three offices, Amy Pendleton has finally found a home for her nonprofit Franklin County Perinatal Education Center in downtown Rocky Mount's Rakes Building. Now expectant mothers of any income can take advantage of inexpensive or free birth, parenting and safety education programs in a central location.
