Video: Police officer trial - opening excerpts


A Roanoke police officer has been acquitted of a charge of unlawful wounding in the February shooting of an unarmed 17-year-old boy.

Judge William Broadhurst said that under the circumstances, officer Daniel Meyer had reason to fear harm.
