Video: David Bowers celebrates his win as Roanoke mayor

Supporters of David Bowers celebrate Tuesday evening at Blue 5 after learning he will become Roanoke's next mayor. Bowers greeted his supporters and said he is going to concentrate on preserving Mill Mountain, saving Forest Park Elementary School and reaching out to the people when he takes over as mayor on July 1, 2008.
