Judge Ray Grubbs has decided to move William Morva's capital murder trial out of Montgomery County. After three days of jury selection which resulted in a required pool of potential jurors being filled, Grubbs then heard a last argument today from Morva's defense on the need for a change of venue -- mainly due to pre-trial publicity.
