Proposed rate hike by Appalachian Power
Talk about Appalachian Power's proposed 11 percent rate hike that is currently awaiting approval by state regulators.

I've written a Freedom of Information Act request regarding such information and was given legalese as to why FERC supposedly does not have to answer such questions.

With every county wanting SML water, its time to work on water quality and management in the region.

Its time to demand VALUE for our tax contributions!
